The strength of meditation

 

Meditation makes you active, not reactive. Meditation doesn’t take away your dynamism, nor does it make you complacent. It keeps you on the right path. 

Calm & steady action will help you achieve what you want to, not aggressive behaviour. Aggressive behaviour is a sign of weakness. Weakness doesn’t allow you to achieve something great. 

Calm and steady mind is a sign of strength. Only with strength you can achieve anything.
